Aimee Dawn Robinson, Master's of Arts from York University, Department of Dance, is an improvising dancer, musician, researcher and visual artist video-maker. Independent research on the roles of memory and forgetting in improvising, butoh and Canadian First Nations dance with over sixty interviews conducted from 2008 to date. An archive of the interviews accompanied with speculative essays to be published online, Winter 2013. Created choreography for five dancers for an installation/performance event directed by Christie Pearson/WADE/Urban Vessel showing August 26 2012, 7pm Sunnyside Pool and Pavilion, Toronto. Part of the all day Fire On The Water installation shows.
 
 
 
 
Independent Choreographer Rachel Thorne Germond, Artistic Director of RTG Dance, a pick-up contemporary dance company based in Chicago Illinois. Her goal is to convey through movement, text, and multi-media elements a world-on-stage that is not dissimilar to everyday life.  Committed to educating the public in new approaches to Modern Dance Technique, and Stretch/Placement and Alignment through teaching classes and workshops in the community. Germond's training includes intensive study of the Klein/Mahler Technique with Barbara Mahler.
